Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and Repair: Inspect and troubleshoot RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring every RV is road-ready.
* Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every RV is ready for its next adventure.
* Collaborate with Service Team: Work with service advisors to discuss repairs, provide labor time estimates, and update on repair progress.
* Document Repairs: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, adhering to dealership policies for transparency.
* Ensure Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete repairs promptly and reduce customer downtime.
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
* Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various systems in RVs.
* Professionalism: Reliable, responsible, and focused on quality work.
* Willingness to Learn: Previous RV or related experience is a plus; training is available for eager learners.
* Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications or RVDA/RVIA certification are advantageous.
* Experience: Prior experience in an RV dealership environment is highly desirable.
