We are currently searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Technology Support Intern. As an Intern in our Department of Technology, you will be given real-world experience and challenging opportunities to develop and expand skills needed in computer repair, support, computer science, or related fields. The position will work 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up Windows PC hardware and software.
* Summer servicing of projectors, digital cameras, scanners, printers and network copiers.
* Unboxing new computer hardware (iPads, Chromebooks, Desktop/Laptop computers).
* Applying inventory tags on new equipment.
* Moving and deploying equipment across the school campus.
* Assisting other technology staff as necessary.
* Currently enrolled as a college student pursuing a degree.
* Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
* Lots of energy, a sense of humor, and a desire to learn and grow.
* A self-starter who is accountable and able to effectively work in an office environment.
* Candidates should be willing and able to work independently and as part of a team.
