Responsibilities:
• Deliver home - based patient care.
• Document using Homecare Homebase system.
• Attend weekly in - person meetings.
Requirements:
• Valid CA RN License.
• 2 years Registered Nurse experience.
• Home Health and OASIS documentation experience.
• BLS Certification.
Additional Info:
• No on - call duties.
• Pre - approved time off.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Role based in Orange and Southern LA.
