Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed (or willing to become licensed) Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Utah. As a Life Insurance Agent, you ll guide clients through the process of selecting life insurance products that meet their unique needs and goals. Whether you re experienced or just starting out, we offer training, mentorship, and support to help you thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on life insurance options and recommend tailored solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Assist clients with applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Current Life Insurance License in Utah (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
