Overview:
CV Resources is partnering with a highly regarded client in the hospitality industry to urgently hire a skilled HR Generalist for a temporary, onsite role in SE Portland. This is an exciting opportunity to support a well-established team, with the potential for temp-to-hire if the candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes using ADP
Utilize ADP for employee records, timekeeping, and reporting
Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Support employees with HR-related inquiries and needs
Assist in benefits administration and maintaining accurate HR documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to promote a strong company culture
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience
ADP experience (required)
Proven ability to handle onboarding and offboarding independently
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred; required for temp-to-hire consideration)
Must be able to work onsite at the SE Portland location!
