Registered Nurse – Hyperbaric & Wound Care Specialty Lead
Department: WHC-Winston Salem HC/Main (Wound Clinic)
Shift: Full Time Mon-Friday; Join an accomplished outpatient wound care and hyperbaric medicine clinic where your leadership and clinical expertise elevate patient healing and team performance every day.
&##What You’ll Lead
Drive smooth clinic operations — Prepare patients, facilitate hyperbaric and wound care procedures, manage staffing workflow, and optimize daily schedules
Coach and mentor the team — Support RNs and clinical staff by fostering strong teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
Collaborate with providers — Work closely with physicians, therapists, and wound specialists to assess, plan, and institute individualized patient care plans
Education & Licensure — Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; current NC RN license required
Experience — 2+ years in outpatient or wound care settings; leadership or charge nurse experience highly valued
Clinical skills — Proficient in hyperbaric oxygen therapy protocols, wound assessment, EMR documentation, and patient education.
Leadership qualities — Strong communication, organization, clinical judgment, and a natural mentor.
