Job Description: We have a full time associate position available for a General Dentist to work with a private practice in the Rutland area. The days and hours are Mondays thru Thursdays from 8:00am until 5:00pm; more hours can be added if desired. This is a digital PPO, fee-for-service, and Medicaid practice that sees mostly adults and some kids. Scope of work is routine general dentistry including extractions, and some endo. The right candidate will have good leadership skills, excellent communication, good work ethics, and ethical treatment planning. There is great compensation depending on individual's credentials and include, 40K SIGNING BONUS, 401k, license, malpractice, 36 percentage of production, added bonuses if production goals exceeded, and $1500/year CE covered.
