We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team.
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
~ Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
~ Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
~ Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
~ Current RN and APRN licenses in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
~ Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
~ Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.
