Requirements
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring credentials required.
- Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as an inpatient L&D RN.
- Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
- Strong assessment skills surrounding pregnancy and labor including high risk cases.
- Must show competency with infant stabilization and electronic fetal heart monitoring and interpretation.
