Specialty: Adult Surgical/Neuro/Trauma ICU
Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights (19:00 – 07:30)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU RN to join a high-acuity Adult Surgical/Neuro/Trauma ICU unit. This position is ideal for experienced critical care nurses who excel in fast-paced environments and want to make a real impact.

Assignment Details:

Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Patient Ratios: 1:2
First-Time Travelers: Accepted (must meet experience requirements)

Patient Population:

Adult patients with surgical, neurological, and trauma-related diagnoses
High-acuity ICU setting requiring vigilant monitoring and quick decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of ICU experience (Adult ICU)
Active RN license in the applicable state
Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS (AHA or Red Cross)
Preferred Certification: NIH Stroke Scale
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
