Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CT Technologist to join our overnight imaging team. This role is essential in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services during the night shift, ensuring timely and accurate results for emergency and inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring diagnostic image quality
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, maintaining safety and comfort
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control
Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) preferred
- Current BLS certification
- State of North Carolina Radiologic Technologist License (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
