No Locals accepted: No, 100 mile radius rule Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission, will not approve after offer has been made Total Hourly Pay Rate: $63.75 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $43.75 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,550.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,750.00 Per Week
