Insight FS is hiring an CDL Truck Driver Energy Delivery Specialist to join our team in the Arlington, WI area (about 20 miles north of Madison). In this role you will safely and efficiently deliver fuel and energy products, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure reliable service that aligns with Insight FS s high standards.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver energy products such as propane, diesel, and gasoline to farms, agricultural operations, and commercial accounts.
- Promote customer retention through effective communication, timely service, and professional delivery standards.
- Partner with Insight FS sales representatives to identify new business opportunities and increase sales within the cooperative s territory.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and daily vehicle inspection logs in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor and minimize product loss (shrink) during transport and delivery.
- Provide routine service on customer tank systems according to company guidelines.
- Uphold company credit policies, including verifying customer credit history before delivery and explaining terms to new clients.
- Keep trucks, bulk plant areas, and workspaces clean and well-maintained, promoting a positive company image.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including the GROWMARK Code of Conduct and compliance with environmental and health regulations.
This job is for you if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 3 years of relevant experience in truck driving, fuel delivery, or bulk transport preferably in an agricultural or farm-focused setting.
- CDL Class A or B with endorsements for air brakes, hazmat, and tanker or ability to obtain. Valid medical card required.
- Proven track record in logistics or trucking with strong attention to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and lift/carry heavy equipment as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on seasonal farm and energy demands.
- Demonstrated strengths in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
