Our client here in Eau Claire has immediate DIRECT HIRE openings for DRIVERs to join their team! Drivers are responsible for safely & efficiently transporting refrigerated freight to customers primarily located in the West Central Wisconsin area. As a driver, you will start your day between 3a and 5am each morning and work an 8-10 hour shift. You will be home every night - no overnight travel required! In this role, you will:
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination in a safe and professional manner at all times.
- Complete a pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle, trailer, and any cargo.
- Deliver assigned loads to Customers on time, while providing complete/excellent customer service.
- Ensure that proper proof of delivery protocol is followed.
- Ability and willingness to work varying routes and required overtime as designated by the Foreman.
- May stock products at Customer sites, determine required quantities for their next order and handle return goods.
- Unload returns/damaged goods, clean company vehicle, complete necessary paperwork, turn in any funds collected, park company vehicle in designated area and complete any necessary logs.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial motor vehicle operator license (Class A CDL)
- Minimum 2 years driving experience with CDL preferred
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Must be 21 years of age
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the last five (5) years.
- No motor vehicle violations within the past twelve (12) months
- Pre-employment Drug Screening
- MVR Report
- Background Check
