- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous nursing experience and a passion for patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions quickly in stressful situations.
