Unit Overview:
This is a 33-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit with a patient ratio of 1:5–6. The unit requires a strong, experienced RN who is confident in taking charge during shifts and can float as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Charge Nurse during assigned shifts
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
- Draw blood and start/maintain IVs
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent TELE RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Charge Nurse experience
- Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months (must be clearly listed on resume for each job)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (active and current)
- Accredited nursing degree from a program recognized by ACEN or CCNE
- Proficient in blood draws and IV therapy
Scheduling & Availability:
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application
- Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed
- No additional RTO will be accepted after submission
- Block scheduling considered on a case-by-case basis

- Technology: Epic EMR (must have recent experience)
- No exceptions for candidates without Epic experience in the past year
