ALL Required Licenses and Certifications: WI PT License, AHA BLS
Required Experience: at least 1 year Outpatient or Inpatient *both ideally
Current Patient Ratio: 45' appts; 9-10 visits/day
Primary Case/Procedure Types: Primarily outpatient, some inpatient/swingbed (less than 10%)
Billing: Monday - Sunday
GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
