Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT certification for a weekday assignment with rotating days off and call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work in an interventional radiology unit performing specialized radiology procedures
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, with a rotating day off each week
- Call requirement includes one primary and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every 6 weeks alternating between primary and backup call
- Utilizes Siemens imaging equipment
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
- Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Must complete Ohio fingerprinting and credentialing promptly
- Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers
- RTO must be requested and built into contract at time of submission
- Former employees are eligible if separated from the facility for at least 6 months
- Current employees are not eligible for travel positions at this location
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in interventional radiology
- Current ARRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in operating Siemens imaging equipment
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
- Two professional references required, one from a manager or supervisor
- License required if applicable
