Facility: Concord Hospital
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may vary 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM depending on scheduled cases). 8-hour shifts may be available if interested.
Holidays: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy CVOR RN to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, able to quickly adapt, and does not require extensive orientation to begin supporting surgical cases. This role will require floating within the OR to cover various specialties and may include assignments at Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the CVOR and OR.
- Float within the OR across all specialties as required.
- Assist in complex procedures, including Cath Lab (Watchman and TAVR), general, thoracic, and vascular cases.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and protocols.
- Participate in required orientation and competency validation within the facility’s standards.
Case Specialties:
- Primary: Ortho, Urology, Vascular, General, Trauma
- Additional: ENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, GI, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR acute care experience.
- Current, active NH or Compact RN license.
- Up-to-date BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
- Licenses verification and RTO must be included at submission.
- Drivers license with address matching demographics.
- 2 recent specialty references from Charge/Manager RN.
- Skills checklist matching specialty requirements.
- EMR experience preferred, Cerner experience a plus.
- Not open to first-time travelers.
Qualifications:
- Strong clinical knowledge and OR experience across multiple specialties.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- High energy, proactive, and reliable.
