Requirements:
License: Active NYS RN license
Certifications (Minimum): BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI), NIHSS
Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
CPI within 90 days of hire
Certifications (Preferred): ENA Certification (within 2 years), TNCC (within 2 years)
Experience/Skills:
Ability to float between ICU, ER, MS, and MST units
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated confidentiality and professionalism
Computer literacy; EMR experience preferred
Patient Population: Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. RN must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and provide age-appropriate care.
