Position Overview
The L&D Registered Nurse demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN assesses and identifies patient problems/needs, establishes a plan of care, implements interventions, and evaluates and revises the patient plan based on progress.
The Speare OB Unit manages high-risk pregnancy care, including but not limited to:

Current OB/L&D experience – Required

CAH experience – Strongly encouraged

Postpartum (PP), Maternal/Baby (MB), and Lactation experience
