Unit: 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU, 6 triage, 3 L&D ORs
Shifts: Nights (matrix 8–10 staff)
Ratios: 2:1; 1:1 for high-acuity patients
Charting: CPN & Meditech
Equipment: Novii & GE FHR monitors, FSE
Requirements:
3+ years L&D experience
BLS, NRP (ACLS/ALS preferred)
Preferred: Mom/Baby, Peds, or NICU experience
Procedures: Vaginal & C-section deliveries, postpartum & high-risk antepartum care
