Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work on-site in a clinical setting
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
