- Position: Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

- Hours per Week: 48 guaranteed
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state (NY RN jobs preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) setting
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Ability to serve as charge nurse and provide clinical leadership
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients on the Medical/Surgical unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Serve as charge nurse as needed, supporting and guiding nursing staff
