Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery department. The nurse will provide high-quality care for mothers and newborns, engaging in both direct patient care and collaboration with a diverse medical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and GYN departments.
- Monitor patient conditions and assist in prenatal, maternal, and neonatal care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and GYN.
- Charge nurse experience is preferred.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON Fetal Monitoring.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
