School Based Physical Therapist
We are partnering with Chicago area schools to find a part time pediatric physical therapist for the 2025-65 school year.
Responsibilities :
*Provide physical therapy services (diagnostic and treatment and consultation) to students with physical therapy needs.
*Coordinate with school staff to meet students' IEP requirements.
*Prepare, present and attend IEP, Conferences, Parent meetings as appropriate.
*Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Experience: *Prefer Physical Therapist with pediatric experience; will consider a new grad with appropriate clinical experience.
*Pediatric or School based PT preferred.
Skills *PT license as issued by IDFPR.
*Able and willing to travel to multiple sites.
Work Hours *Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the school’s hours.
* Part time 3 days/wk
Salary and Benefits *$43/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
