Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, providing care for patients across various levels, from medical-surgical to ICU.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform IV starts, Foley catheter insertions, and wound care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in daily rounds and patient care planning
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in an ICU or Stepdown unit preferred
- Minimum of one year of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
