Night Shift | 13 Weeks | 3x12s
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a night shift position at a long-term acute care facility in Springfield, Missouri. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting a collaborative clinical team.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission

Develop and manage individualized patient care plans

Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
-
Communicate status changes and patient updates to care teams
-
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care and interventions

Actively participate in discharge planning and patient education
-
Promote a safe environment through consistent use of best practices and hospital policies

Take charge responsibilities as needed after orientation

Collaborate across teams to achieve quality outcomes and maintain unit efficiency
Qualifications:

Active RN license (MO or compact)
-
Prior experience in LTAC or acute care strongly preferred

Strong skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication

Comfortable working nights, including weekends as required
