Arizona Nursing Job Details
- Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045 (Arizona ICU nursing jobs)
- Assignment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: March 2, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: All shifts available (10-hour shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2210 - $2370 per week
- Housing: Shared contractor housing provided (no pets or family allowed)
ICU Nurse Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification (obtain within 6 months of hire)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to float to Emergency Department (ED), Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg), or Pediatrics (Peds) units as needed
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to adult and pediatric patients in a 5-bed ICU
- Provide after-hours recovery for post-operative general surgery, pediatric, and obstetric patients
- Independently perform nursing procedures following physician orders and hospital protocols
- Support patients and families of all ages with compassion and professionalism
- Float to ED, Med/Surg, or Peds units during low census periods
- Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training
