This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a non-profit, Medicare-certified home health and hospice agency known for its comprehensive approach to patient care. The facility provides a wide range of services, including nursing, medical social services, physical therapy, and short-term inpatient care, all within a team-oriented model that addresses medical, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
As a Travel RN-Hospice, you will need a valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice care, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient and family support are essential. Experience in community-based healthcare settings and interdisciplinary collaboration is recommended.
