Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic (Corrections RN) in Syracuse, NY, at the Onondaga County Justice Center. This maximum-security facility is designed with advanced technology and security features, providing a safe environment for incarcerated individuals. As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to inmates, addressing their medical needs in a secure setting.
To qualify, you must have an active RN license, at least 2 years of outpatient or correctional nursing experience, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Experience with correctional healthcare protocols and patient monitoring is essential.
