Opportunity:
Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday with schedule options of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• Perform order verifications and checking of items, orals and IVs in the central pharmacy
• Must have experience with Meditech EHR system, specifically Expanse version
• Expected to work some holidays
• Keep requests for time off to a minimum, preferably no time off requests in first two weeks of assignment
• Any time off requests must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment
• No block scheduling greater than three or four shifts allowed
• Must complete lab work within 24 hours after signing
• Facility only accepts Qgold drug screening
• Negative 13 panel drug screen within 30 days required
• Local candidates within 45-mile radius not accepted
