Position: Registered Nurse – OB Unit
Schedule: 48 hrs/week – 4x12-Hour Shifts
Start Date: Orientation on Monday, 12/1 (Day shift); Night shift begins 12/2
Job Description:
The OB RN provides comprehensive care throughout the childbirth process—from patient admission and assessment through delivery, recovery, and discharge. Must be proficient in all aspects of patient care, including check-in, pre/post care, and discharge.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have prior OB experience and be clinically competent in high-risk pregnancy management
Certifications: Active RN license, BLS (others per facility requirements)
Locals: Not accepted (must reside 50+ miles from facility; permanent address required on submission)
RTO: Must be included at submission—late requests may not be approved
Scheduling & Compensation:
Shift: 4x12s (48 hours/week)
Orientation: 12/1 – Day Shift
Differentials/Bonuses:
NBO: 8 hours
OT Multiplier: 1.25x
Call Pay: $3/hr
Charge/Precept: $3/hr
