Mercy South Float Pool Graduate Nurse Residency
What to Expect:
- 6 month rotation in Med/Surg
- 6 month rotation in Stepdown
- Once completed, opportunity to move into ICU/Specialty
Flexible Scheduling Options:
- 12-hour shifts:7 AM 7 PM or 7 PM 7 AM
- 8-hour evening shifts:3 PM 11 PM
Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:
- Tier 3 (Med/Surg):+$5.00/hr
- Tier 2 (Stepdown):+$7.50/hr
- Tier 1 (ICU):+$10.00/hr
Additional Shift Differentials:
- Evening: +$2.75/hr
- Night: +$4.60/hr
- Weekend: +$1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to$10,000for eligible RNs!

Units You May Float To Include:Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more!
Qualifications:
- Experience:12 years of bedside RN experience
- Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- License:Current RN license in the state
- Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
- Physical requirements/demands:
- Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
