Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform necessary procedures.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Respond to emergency situations with sound judgment and efficiency.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan (or compact license eligible).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
