- 29 beds, med-surg unit (P3CD)
- Patient ratios: typical for med-surg (exact ratio not specified)
- EMR: Epic
Required Skills / Experience:
- Manage chronic illness and disability needs
- Daily physical assessment and assessment with status change
- Medication administration per orders
- Care planning and education updates weekly
- Clinical documentation and patient advocacy
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- RN License (state-specific)
Floating / Call:
- Float as needed
- No additional call required
- Weekend coverage included (36 hrs guaranteed/week)
