Requirements:
2yrs+ Home Health experience
- Previous Quality experience -
- COS-C (Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical) Certification
- OASIS experience
- IL RN License
- BLS
- Covid vaccinated
EMR-Matrix
Territory: Within 15 miles (may increase if census is low and they need to offer the 40 hours)
Census: 24-26 on case load. If given a bigger territory that number will go down.
Mileage: Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
