Start date must be on or very close to the listed order start date. RTO: Must be under 7 days, listed on the cover page, and not permitted in week 1 or on holidays. List all facilities/states the traveler is open to (e.g., “Any AZ,” “Any CO,” “Any state”). Ensure all acceptable departments are checked on the cover page. All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept upon offer. Notify us immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
