Compliance / Rules
- Pass/Fail OPEN BOOK exam Friday during orientation – must score 90% or higher or contract ends
- Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles from facility
- DL required at submittal; used to verify mileage
- Cannot be FT/PT/PRN with any CommonSpirit facility (CHI/Dignity)
- Fingernail Policy: No artificial nails in any patient-care department (removal mandatory)
