Job Description
Join our team as a Med/Surg Tele RN, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our facility operates with a focus on meeting the operational needs while also accommodating traveler preferences whenever possible. We are committed to ensuring that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions meticulously.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the Med/Surg Tele specialty.
- At least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience; travel experience is acceptable.
- Active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications.
- Must work at least every other holiday.
