Schedule:
• 36 hours/week – 3×12-hour shifts
• Start Date: Orientation will be on Friday, 12/5 (day shift). Night shifts will begin Sunday, 12/7 (or during that week).
Requirements:
• Must be proficient and experienced from patient check-in through pre/post care to discharge.
• NO LOCALS – Candidate must live 50+ miles from the facility. Please include permanent address with submission.
• RTO must be provided at time of submission. Any RTO submitted after offer/acceptance may not be approved.
Compensation & Differentials:
• NBO: 8 hours
• Multipliers: 1.25×
• Call: $3/hr
• Charge/Precept: $3/hr
Care Management Responsibilities:
The RN demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process, including assessing and identifying patient needs, developing a plan of care, implementing interventions, and evaluating/revising the care plan based on patient response.
Speare OB Unit Manages High-Risk Pregnancy Cases Including (but not limited to):
• Preterm labor
• High blood pressure
• Diabetes
• VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)
• Prenatal testing
• Amniocentesis
• Childbirth education classes
