Westfield, PA • 10 weeks • Start 12/15/2025
Shift: Days, 6:00a–6:30p • Rotating Weekends
Unit Details:
Psychiatric inpatient facility with detox and residential treatment services for adults. Total of 64 beds with expansion planned to 94. Two units: one detox unit and one residential unit. Accepts both voluntary and involuntary admissions. Ancillary team includes BHAs, BHTs, and therapeutic clinical staff.
Ratios:
Detox Unit: 1:7
Residential Unit: 1:24
Support staff: 1 BHT/shift and up to 1 BHA/shift; therapeutic staff 1:8 until 1700
Orientation:
2–3 days classroom training, 3 shifts of shadowing, plus HealthStream modules
Classroom training is days; shadowing can be completed on nights
Attendance is mandatory
Requirements:
1 year current psych or comparable acute experience required
SNF or Home Health experience not accepted
Must be willing to float between units as needed
BLS required
Charting System: HCS
