About the Unit:
- 20 Beds
- Number of Staff: 51
- Day Shift: 1 free charge, 9 bedside RN's, 1 PCT
- Night Shift: 1 free charge, 9 bedside RN's
- Ratios: 2:1, or 1:1 acuity dependant
- Equipment: Philip Monitor, Alaris and Medfusion IV Pumps
- EMR: Meditech
Must Have:
- Care of respiratory failure (ETT, HFOV)
- Central line maintenance and care
