Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day
Schedule: M - F 8:30 am - 5 pm PST
Hour/Week: 40

Required Skills & Experience:
-For Home Health: Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience, clinical home health care experience is required.
-For Hospice: Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience or home health experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Hospice nursing experience is preferred.
Required Education:
-Home Health:
Completion of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher education.
-Hospice:
Completion of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher education.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-All Clinical Nurse I's must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
-All Clinical Nurse I's are required to have current BLS certification prior to clinical rotation.
-Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
