Submission Requirements:

Driver’s license address must be 50+ miles from the facility
Former perm staff must be gone 2 years before submitting
Previous travelers with 1 full year at WVU must also be gone 2 years

Travel teams must be submitted together in one email
We may only submit 2 candidates per opening; if maxed out, submissions will be held until a spot opens
All submissions must include an unexpired copy of the candidate’s driver’s license
