📋 Requirements & Experience:
RN IN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred, 3+ years preferred. Required skills include IV starts, telemetry, nursing assessments. ICU drip experience preferred.
💻 Charting: Cerner (preferred)
🧤 Unit & Facility Info:
Acute Care Med Surg with Telemetry/Progressive Care/Swing. 40 licensed beds, 20-bed unit, ADC ~10. Ratios: Acute 1:6, Swing 1:10. Block scheduling allowed. Every 4th weekend. Scrub color: Navy Blue. RTO max: 48 hours for a 13-week contract. Holiday rotation: Every other holiday. Floating not required.
