Role/Setting: Registered Nurse – Inpatient Behavioral Health (Psych/Substance Use), Holyoke, MA (84-bed hospital)
Schedule: Full-time 40 hrs/week, 8-hour shifts, every other weekend
Requirements: MA RN license in hand at submission; 1+ year inpatient psych experience; CPR/BLS
Expectations: Must be willing to float and take charge as needed (no separate charge differential)
Core duties: Provide safe, trauma-informed psychiatric nursing care, participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, implement/document interventions, support therapeutic milieu, and use strong de-escalation/crisis management skills (preferred).
