Job Description:
- Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and resources available.
- Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice occupational therapy in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
