Radiology Technologist Job Details

- Duration: 8-week contract
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1240 – $1330
Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (2–3 years preferred)
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
- Current BLS certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent U.S. Military training
- Experience with spine and orthopedic imaging preferred
- Proficiency with OEC C-ARMS equipment preferred
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (travel healthcare requirement)
Radiology Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostic imaging procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations
- Conduct radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy, portable X-rays, C-arm procedures, and operating room imaging
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care during all imaging procedures
- Maintain detailed imaging records and follow departmental protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness
