Overview:
We are seeking experienced ICU/CCU Registered Nurses to join a Level II Trauma Center in Chico, California. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment caring for critically ill patients in a highly reputable facility.
Position Details:
- Shift: Night Shift (12-hour, 7:00 PM start)
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Openings: 2 positions
- Holiday Coverage: Required
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and coronary care patients.
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions using EPIC EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Float to other units such as Med/Surg as needed.
Requirements:
- Active California RN license – Required
- BLS and ACLS certifications – Required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU experience – Required
- Prior travel nurse experience – Required
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system – Required
- Flexibility to float to other units as assigned
